When you find something you’d like to try, click “Add to Cart.” You can select multiple items in a single session.
Once you’ve added items to your cart, click “View Cart.”
You’ll then be prompted to:
Select your preferred delivery date
Choose from the available time slots
Once selected, click “Save Booking.”
We’ll coordinate the delivery directly with you to ensure a smooth experience.
Fill in your basic information, including:
Name
Email address
Delivery location (make sure it’s accurate and accessible)
No payment is needed at this stage.
Once you click “Place Order,” your session is booked, and you’ll receive an email confirmation with the delivery details.
One of our Try X Specialists will deliver your selected products during your chosen time slot.
You’ll get to try them at home, on your terms.
After your trial session, you choose what to keep—only pay for what you love.
