What Makes A Try X Specialist Different

When we began building Try X, we knew the experience couldn’t feel like just another delivery. We also didn’t want to recreate the high-pressure feel of a retail counter. So we designed a new role that sits somewhere in the middle. Something personal, but not pushy. Efficient, but still thoughtful.

Not a Courier, Not a Consultant

Our Specialists don’t ring your bell, drop a package, and walk away. At the same time, they’re not there to sell or overstep. They hand over the items you selected, confirm what’s needed, and respect the moment.

Some customers want to chat or ask questions. Others prefer privacy. Both are valid. A Try X Specialist is trained to support both.

Valued Feedback

The Try X specialist is also there to gather insights. If a product gets returned, they take note. If something sparks excitement, they flag it. Every interaction helps us understand what our customers actually want, so we can shape the Try X experience to meet them better.

What We’re Building Toward

This role will continue to evolve. The goal is to offer a shopping moment that feels considered, convenient, and controlled by the customer; not the system.

The Specialist is part of a process that gives people the freedom to try, and the choice to decide on their own terms.

That’s what makes this different.
